Pastors Jim and Michelle know first-hand the battle of coming out of the addiction lifestyle. They both suffered in the grips of addiction and alcoholism for decades. BUT GOD !!! They were rescued, each with their own powerful testimony of God’s goodness, faithfulness, grace, and mercy.
From a place of passion and purpose, Jim and Michelle have made this ministry their lifestyle. And continue to lead the hurting and broken to Jesus while equipping teams of leaders to do the same in hopes of making maximum impact for the Kingdom.
Our model of up-reach, in-reach, and out-reach is designed to reflect loving God and our neighbors as ourselves. This model has proven successful for those who have just recently come into salvation, as well as seasoned church members and leaders.
Our goal is to equip teams from local churches to minister to the most broken alongside us. Using individual giftings, skills, and God given talents, the entire body has a place in this ministry.
Your partnership may be financial, administrative, clerical, intercessory prayer, volunteering, fundraising, event planning, teaching, preaching, hosting an event, street outreach, and the list goes on.

Reviving a Generation
Pastor Michelle’s anointed preaching effectively stirs the hearts of all believers, whether you are a seasoned Christian or have just come to the Lord. Inspiring and raising a generation of leaders to minister to the most hopeless of our society has become the mission of the Nichols family. Through unity and partnerships with local churches and ministries, the potential impact is immeasurable.
There is a commission on every single believer to “Go ye therefore,” and I see the desire in so many good, Godly men and women in our local churches. What I have also experienced is that even with the best intentions, we just don’t know how to best serve the most broken of our communities.
We don’t want to just give money to the man standing at the corner begging, what if he buys drugs with it? We don’t want to get ourselves into a dangerous situation, and that’s wisdom. I hear many times, how could I mentor and man or woman coming out of a lifestyle that I’ve never experienced. Or there is a fear of being taken advantage of. And those are all very valid concerns.
That is where Michelle Nichols Ministry comes in. We bridge that gap for you. We organize safe spaces to allow you to minister to the most broken and hurting. We teach and equip you to set healthy boundaries and use local resources to assist a person with needs they may have. We utilize funds to assist in valid needs that are a barrier for a person to overcome to step into re-entry to the community.
We are able to eliminate the concerns and fears so that you can do what God has called you to do!
This, in turn, revives the church, equips the saints, and saves the lost!
